PCR Test for Travelling to Cyprus

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is important to know what the current policies are when travelling to Cyprus from the United Kingdom and where PCR tests are available.

Although lockdown restrictions in the UK are easing, there are still stringent restrictions on international travel which are affecting would-be holiday-goes planning on travelling to popular destinations, such as Cyprus.

Getting Tested for Travel to Cyprus

Here at VIVO Clinic London, we can help you be ready for when travelling to Cyprus. Tourists are required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result on arrival. The Results for the COVID-19 PCR Travels tests will need to be in the form of an Email or SMS obtained within 72 hours before travel.

Following the PCR test, you will be provided with results via email which (if negative) can be used as a Fit-to-Fly certificate.

All travellers travelling to Cyprus from the United Kingdom are required to complete a Cyprus Flight pass before travelling, you will be required to upload your PCR test results to your Cyprus flight pass within 24 hours of your departure. You will be asked to present your flight pass prior to boarding and on arrival at immigration.

Other Considerations

Once you have arrived in Cyprus the use of masks is compulsory in most indoor public spaces including supermarkets, bakeries, shops and malls, hospitals failure to comply to this may see you being issued with a €300 fine.
